FOODS AND DRINKS

 

During the meals, the Bulgarians gather on the table different dishes (cheeses, salads, bread, snejanka, meats, French fries, wild garlic,…) and served at the same time. It looks like a buffet. The Bulgarians take the time to eat, drink – rakia, of course – and talk !
