Dear friends aged 55 and over,

Do you want to feel more energetic, flexible and vital? We believe that movement is health, regardless of age! Therefore, we are happy to invite you to our special program “Yoga in the Park”, created especially for you.

Forget about stiffness and fatigue! Under the guidance of our volunteer from Morocco, Sofiane, you will immerse yourself in the world of yoga with exercises tailored to your capabilities and needs. This program will help you improve your balance, strengthen your muscles and recharge yourself with positive energy in nature.

 

When and where?

We will meet every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday in the Western Park, on the meadow with the turtle.

 

What to wear?

All you need is a mat or a thin blanket and comfortable sports clothes.

Admission is free and everyone is welcome!

 

Come practice together! Yoga is a wonderful way to take care of yourself, meet new people, and enjoy the fresh air.
