Filtered Reality: When Social Media Meets the Stage
An event created by youth for youth!
We are delighted to invite you to an artistic fashion show that boldly enters the world of social media. “Filtered Reality” is a project created by young artists Rada and Tsveta as part of our “Youth Against Disinformation” program.
What is “Filtered Reality” about?
We’ve all seen it – the perfect shot, the ideal life, the “shining” facade we see online. But how much of it is true?
“Filtered Reality” explores the striking contrast between this curated, filtered world of social media and the authentic, unfiltered everyday lives of young people. Through creative stage interpretation and fashion show, the audience is invited to reflect on:
- How do selected images shape our identity?
- What do we lose in the pursuit of online perfection?
This is a call to remember that true happiness comes when we accept who we really are.
