Seminar “Inner EYE” – A Journey to Self-Knowledge and Social Change
How are body stereotypes formed? What is their impact on young people? How can we help build a more accepting society?
“Inner EYE” is a workshop that will take you on a journey of self-knowledge and social change. We will examine the roots of discrimination based on body and appearance, and how it affects the mental health, self-esteem and social integration of young people.
What will you learn?
- How to recognize and counteract discrimination based on appearance.
- How to promote self-acceptance and a positive attitude towards the body.
- The role of each of us in building an inclusive environment.
